Our blog has always been about the ?eating experience? and how we like it?or not. All we know is that Paper Planes is the best authentic Malaysian eatery we?ve ever tried so far. Before we went to this place, we thought we had experienced the best Roti Canai and Teh Tarik at another Indonesian warung type, still at the same area, until we met the owner, and chef, Hans who explained how a passion, skill, and patience could make a big difference between ordinary oily vapid roti canai and a mouth watery fluffy but crispy ones.
