Nengah trained in the classic French brigade de cuisine system at the 5-star Hyatt Hotel in Canberra. In 2005, the first Element Restaurant was born in Australia gaining critical acclaim with patronage from high-ranking politicians and guests. Fame followed as Nengah opened Element Restaurant in Ubud in 2014, and today Element Restaurant is regarded as one of Ubud?s top rated restaurants.
